During a teeth-in-a-day procedure, you receive new artificial teeth the same day you undergo tooth extraction and dental implant placement. While the full set of teeth you receive during this treatment is temporary, they still look, function, and feel like the permanent teeth you eventually receive after a period of healing (this often takes several months).

What can I expect after my treatment?

After a teeth-in-a-day procedure, have a family member or friend drive you home. You can expect some tenderness. Take any medications and follow a soft-food diet as directed until your jawbone heals around the implants.
